how to stop it being spam?

My first blog has been categorised as spam, that has to be a singular achievement. anyway what i cannot figure out how to counteract it or get it recategorised. It feels like having a bad credit rating, what did i do or should i say write that meant that it happened. Did i buy too many books, shoes or was my identity stolen at Paddington station. so if you could send me a simple set of instructions to sort this out i would be grateful or i will have to return beaten and bruised from this foray into the newest age back to a luddite age without blogs. my communication will be limited to e-mail and the phone, cards and face to face meetings.

Ben stiller, nick nolte, robert downey junior, tom cruise - tropic thunder i really was not sure what I was getting into would it be the worst of fusion cooking or a real taste adventure. Rita was really completely disgusted by the beginning and trying not to be sick, I laughed it was so funny. A satirical spoof done straight. Ben has got buff shame about the face. Its Rambo meets Finding Private Ryan and the Producers with Ed Murphy in an acting piece, Cruise is funny and not taking himself seriously (thank god), it seems like he had a great time in this piece. Go see it its a fun easy night out.
